1bbet Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1bbet ("1bbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1bbet online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 1bbet.xyz and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

To be eligible to register and use the 1bbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 1bbet or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities;
• You are not a family member of any 1bbet employee or contractor;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 1bbet or any other gaming operator;
• You have not previously had a 1bbet account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

1bbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings or bonuses accrued by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

To access the full features of the 1bbet Platform, you must register for an account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1bbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1bbet login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your login details with any third party. 1bbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 1bbet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 1bbet may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Deposits: 1bbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 1bbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 1bbet endeavors to process all approved withdrawals within 24 hours.

Currency: All transactions on the 1bbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player.

Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 1bbet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

All bets placed on the 1bbet Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific rules applicable to individual games or sports markets:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the 1bbet system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be changed by 1bbet at any time without prior notice.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 1bbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 1bbet's decision in such matters is final.
• Suspicious Activity: 1bbet reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other form of fraudulent or irregular activity.
• Odds Changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules. Bets placed during a live event are accepted at 1bbet's discretion and may be suspended or refused at any time.

1bbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 1bbet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 1bbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1bbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating or fraud;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1bbet staff or other players;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

All content on the 1bbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 1bbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 1bbet;
• Use any 1bbet trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 1bbet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1bbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

1bbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 1bbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

1bbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through the account settings page.
• Session Limits: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions to help manage their play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic reminders of time spent gaming to help players stay aware of their activity.
• Age Verification: 1bbet enforces strict 21+ age verification in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.

1bbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested;
• Regulatory or legal requirements;
• At 1bbet's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting 1bbet customer support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification of your identity.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

1bbet operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations may apply to certain aspects of the gaming services provided by 1bbet.

1bbet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1bbet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
